Apni Maa banao

Turn YOUR mom into the Fikar mom. About 30 to 60 minutes, mostly fun.

You need: 2–3 clear photos of your mom (face visible, and one in the clothes she actually wears at home), and ChatGPT with image generation. Do everything in ONE chat, or she changes face between images.

STEP 1 · Make her likeness

Attach her photos and paste this. Fill the [brackets] by looking at the photos, especially her real everyday clothes, not festive wear:

Create a cute chibi cartoon mascot inspired by the woman in the attached photos. Capture her real likeness (face shape, hairstyle, smile, jewellery) but fully stylized as a chibi cartoon, not photorealistic. Proportions: oversized head about half her total height, small soft round body, tiny hands. Face: BIG open expressive brown eyes with visible eyebrows (she needs to be able to look loving, suspicious, or annoyed), round blush cheeks, warm smile, [her bindi / glasses / nose stud, from the photo]. Hair: [her real hairstyle]. Clothing: [her EVERYDAY outfit, described in detail: fabric, colour, pattern, dupatta]. She stands facing the viewer, full body, feet visible, holding a small steel glass of water in one hand. Bold clean shapes, flat colors, thick soft outlines, readable when shrunk small. Plain warm cream background, no text, no other characters.

The only test that matters: would her kid instantly say "yeh meri mummy hai"? If not, regenerate. Nothing later can fix a wrong face.

STEP 2 · Make her pixel art

Redraw this exact character as true hi-bit pixel art, designed on a 128x192 pixel grid, like Eastward or Owlboy sprite art, NOT a mosaic filter over the illustration. Clean deliberate pixel clusters, limited warm palette (about 24 colors), 1-pixel dark outline, crisp readable shapes. Keep everything recognizable: [her hair, face details, outfit]. Full body, feet visible, holding the steel glass of water out in one hand, flat warm cream background, no text.

STEP 3 · Lock the character

This is my character: a chibi pixel-art Indian mother in [her outfit]. I need a full sprite set of her. Every image you generate in this conversation must match this exact rendering: same character, same face, same proportions, same outfit, same colors, same pixel cell size, same outline weight, same cream background. Consistency across all images matters more than anything else. Reply OK if understood; I will request the sheets one by one.

STEP 4 · The sheets, one by one

STEP 5 · The walk (hardest, expect retries)

Generate a smooth 8-frame walking animation cycle, side profile facing LEFT, as ONE wide landscape image: 8 equal-width frames side by side with small gaps, same character size and same ground level in each frame. The 8 frames must be 8 evenly-spaced moments of one continuous stride, not 8 random poses: plant, sink, pass, push off, plant (other foot), sink, pass, push off. Both hands empty. Arms swing clearly, opposite to the legs. Her hair and dupatta trail and bounce with the motion, visibly different in every frame. Slight up-down body bob. No text.

Save as walk-strip.png. Reject it if her feet float at different heights, two frames look identical, or she changes size between frames. Never ask for more than 8 frames.

STEP 6 · Build the pack, right here

Load each of your images beside mine. Nothing uploads anywhere: the sprite engine runs entirely in your browser.
